At your initial free consultation, I will discuss with you the treatments you wish to have performed. I have the right to decide whether the treatment you require is suitable for your needs and expectations and will advise you as such. All aesthetic treatments are not an exact science. Whilst they often improve and soften features they are by no means an alternative to surgery. I have the right to refuse treatment based on my clinical judgment.


At the time of consultation or soon after, if you would like to proceed with a treatment, I request a non-refundable deposit of £35. This is then taken off the total balance, which must be paid at the time of the appointment before treatment takes place. All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in at the first appointment.


You have the right to cancel prior to treatment however the £35 deposit is non-refundable. I request that you provide me with 48 hours notice.
